Food from the Middle East 3/4 March

The first in our 2018 series looks at an area with remarkably diverse culinary traditions though there are rich and historically deep links. Falafels are an example, part of the individual heritage of countries and sub regions but ubiquitous across the Middle East.

Our menu, which won’t be finalised until near the weekend, will be fairly short but focus on foods from individual countries – a fattoush from Lebanon and flatbreads from Egypt for example.
