Our take on the iconic street food. It may be rooted in the Middle East but can be found across the world, anywhere from Valpariaso to Hobart. Sometimes made with fava beans but more often with chickpeas, the typical falafel is a mix of ground beans, parsley and tahini.

We’ve started to experiment, first with bright colours and flavours such as beetroot and turmeric, more recently with the Stuffed Falafel and the Curries Falafel Pitta. All is possible, unless you’re a purist, in which case a grudging apology from us.
